Since my Wry Knot shop hasn’t had a sale in two years, I’ll be closing up shop. I’ll be selling the items I have in stock at a discount here on my blog.

My first item is my Acid Wash Jeans Scarf.

This great scarf for a man or a woman. The color is a lovely gray-blue. It is knit in sections of seed pattern, divided by a band of stockinette. The scarf measures 48-inches long and is 4-1/2-inches wide. This scarf comes from a smoke-free home.

This is not a super-wash wool. Hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry.

2011 Handmade Stocking Stuffers for Women

Tick Tock goes the clock. Christmas is getting closer and closer. My next four posts will be for those great stocking stuffers. They will, of course, all be handmade and at a reasonable price. First up… those hard to buy for men.

Christmas is getting closer and closer. Time to really get down to shopping. My next four posts will be for those great stocking stuffers. They will, of course, all be handmade and at a reasonable price. First up… those hard to buy for men.

  • There is nothing sexier then a great smelling man… and a great start is this bay rum and lime soap from Sweet Petula. Time to embark upon the “buying season”. I will be featuring a series of blogs with gift ideas that are all handmade. Keeping Your Guy Warm

Recently I’ve added a couple of scarves to Wry Knot on Etsy that are perfect for keeping your man warm. They are nice and warm, but knit with a unisex/manly stitch.

  • Cinnabar is a 100% soft wool scarf that measures 4 1/2-inches wide by 39-inches long. The perfect length to fit under a coat, but not be too bulky.
  • Midnight measures 3 1/2-inches wide at the ends, tapering to 5-1/2 at the neck. It is 39-inches long. The yarn is a soft and luxurious 50% alpaca and 50% wool.
